Founder & Creative Strategist
Amber (she/her) is a proud New Englander with a passion for creativity in all its forms.
With over a decade in video production, education, and advocacy, Amber knows what it takes to build audiences and help folks become more confident in expressing themselves. Amber loves to do research, learn people’s stories, and get results! Some of her accomplishments include accidentally filming a baby's first steps at a shoot, managing the marketing and public relations for a multimillion dollar nonprofit, and launching IvyHill PR.
She has a Master’s in Strategic Communications & Public Relations, a certificate in content marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies. She has spoken internationally and within the U.S. about topics related to production, branding, media literacy and community building.
At IvyHill, Amber’s work centers on strategically connecting clients and the public, mixing traditional and emerging media for improved outcomes.
She oversees all creative asset development, strategy, and messaging.

A firm believer in the power of connection and support, Noelle (she/her) values helping important issues get the attention they deserve.
She graduated from Utica University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and has a Master’s in Strategic Communications & Public Relations from Sacred Heart University. Noelle has worked with faith-based organizations and businesses to oversee strategic communications plans and their execution. She has conducted formal research about small business branding and speaks publicly about these topics, including at the 2022 International Communications Association conference. Her passion for guiding people through challenging situations led her to IvyHill PR as our VP of Strategy & Social.
At IvyHill, Noelle supports our project development and social media operations. She is a skilled researcher and PR pro, analyzing client metrics and keeping up with industry updates to drive strategy.
